HR Manager - Change Projects
Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical firm is urgently seeking an immediately available HR Project Manager to join their team on a 3-6 month assignment. Based in Surrey you will supporting the preparation and delivery of a UK based structure alignment for a defined function of the EMEA Head Office.
Assist with preparation work, including where necessary checking organograms, JDs, etc
Support preparation of individual listings, details, etc (working with HR Operations/Advisory, HR Analyst where needed)
Support preparation of packs, letters, and consultation materials where needed
Support HRBPs in delivering hands-on support to client group line managers including 1:1 consultations
Line manager guidance where needed, within agreed process/principles
Identify any employee relations issues and risks that need to be managed, liaising with the Consultation Lead and HRBP, recommending approach
Support redundancy calculations
Logistics/scheduling support for consultation processes
Assistance with preparing written materials where needed
May be asked to support other activities from time to time including but not limited to:
Able to answer queries on job gradings, salary bandings etc
Supporting taking/collation of meeting notes, action items, FAQs
Providing information on outplacement needs to Resourcing Coordinator to ensure individuals are well supported in good time
Must have good up-to-date employment law knowledge with specific understanding around structural change/redundancy
Demonstrate personal accountability and follow through.
Collaborative team player essential, as an integral member of the HR team.
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in handling HR information.

All round communication skills
Ideally CIPD qualified
Competent in full use of MS Office
