Job: Internal Recruitment contract - 6 months, with the potential to be extended or offered permanently.
Based: Outskirts of Cambridge with easy access and car parking offered on site
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Your new company
You will be joining a highly regarded and reputable organisation within it's field of expertise. Currently seeking to appoint an experienced recruiter with the ability to support the team with internal and direct sourcing/recruitment.
This role is offered as a 6 month contract initially, with the view that this could be extended or offered permanently in conclusion of the 6 months (although this cannot of course be guaranteed and is subject to analysis of the role and performance/success as the contract is completed)
Your new role
Due to supporting the HR team and operating in a fairly stand-alone role - the preferred candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, agency based or internal recruitment exposure would be considered and the field of recruitment is not important because you will be able to learn this within the role.
Ideally you will have experience in digital/ social media recruitment to be able to utilise LinkedIn and various online methods for advertising roles and attracting "Top Talent" to join the organisation.
For this role, as you will be covering multiple sites across Cambridge, you will need to have your own transport and a car driver to visit the other locations to meet with line managers and conduct interviews.
