Our client, a prominent global bank is searching for an experienced Learning and development advisor.
Your new role
Your position will be placed within the global HR team. There will be a focus on performance management, diversity, mobility and employee development. Another main focus of this role is to help build on the implementation of company initiatives and working closely with HR business partners. You will be responsible for helping strive towards developing a high achieving culture within the organisation. A new learning and development tool is also being rolled out within the company, so you will have the responsibility of helping this to be implement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within learning and development. You will have experience in project management, and implementing new L&D processes and tools within an organisation. You will be analytic and have strong MS office experience, also fluency in a modern European language is highly desirable.
