Due to team growth, a global insurance firm based in the City is looking to hire an Executive Comp Analyst on a permanent basis.
Working alongside a highly successful and credible team, the Executive Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting with year end for the senior population of the organisation, c. 1,300 people.
Additional responsibilities include:
Preparation of RemCo papers & the Directors Remuneration Report
Data analysis for Directors, subsidiary Board Directors/Senior Managers and Code staff.
Support ad hoc Reward projects
To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience within reward or executive compensation, either in an in house or consultancy remit, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with senior member of the business.
