With over 400 professionals in the UK, our Human Capital practice is renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of organisation transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. Our practice combines project and programme leadership capabilities with HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting, change management, organisational design and leadership expertise, helping our clients identify, manage and solve the people issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential.
Deloitte's Human Capital practice is a market leader in the HR Transformation & Technology marketplace, recognised by industry analysts such as Kennedy. We are expanding our SuccessFactors practice due to the increasing national and international client base to which we provide unique business, financial and technical skills through our people.
SAP is a significant market for Deloitte. We hold the highest level of partnership with SAP and over the years have won many SAP awards including Best Teaming Partner, UK Best Solution and Pinnacle Partner 2017.
We have many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of HR related projects, from building reliable ROI business case models, to product selection, customisation, integration, and HR transformation driven by SuccessFactors.
You will be based in a Deloitte London office, however travel will be required for client based projects. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but we make arrangements respectfully, there may be some opportunity for working from home depending on client demands.
This is a permanent role with a degree of flexibility. We do encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients.
A SAP HR & SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will have responsibility for:
• Leading a functional workstream aligned to a SuccessFactors module, including managing 2-3 junior resources
• Facilitating design workshops which cover HR processes, HR operating model, and SuccessFactors configuration requirements
• Producing design documentation, decision papers, and points of view
• Ensuring our standards and processes are adhered to
• Playing an active role in the development of SuccessFactors competencies, and delivering innovative services or capabilities to the practice
• Representing Deloitte, including at SAP User Groups and Events
• Supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and bid development
• Playing an active role in client seminars and the production of marketing materials
• Mentoring junior consultants and analysts
To qualify for the role you must:
• Have at least one year of SuccessFactors implementation experience and the associated certification for the relevant module(s)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
• Be flexible and able to perform a variety of functional and technical consulting and project management roles
• Be able to develop strong relationships with the clients
• Be willing to further develop your capability across SuccessFactors and HR transformation
• Be educated to Graduate or Postgraduate level
