Role description

Deloitte's Human Capital, a market leader in the Digital HR Transformation & Technology marketplace, as recognised by industry analysts such as Kennedy, are expanding their SuccessFactors practice. We have many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of HR related projects, from building reliable ROI business case models to product selection, customisation, transformation and integration.

Hours

Permanent role – with ability to travel as per Consulting type work.

Responsibilities

A SuccessFactors Specialist Consultant will have responsibility for:

  • Active role in pre-sales, solution and bid development;
  • Developing strong lasting relationships with the client;
  • Managing work streams within a large project (client-facing or internal) and  take direct responsibility for a small team;
  • Ensures that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced;
  • Plays an active role in the development of SuccessFactors competencies, delivers innovative services or capabilities to the practice;
  • Acting as a functional SME  providing insight and expertise in leading business processes, user journeys, and personas in human capital;
  • Regularly attends SAP User Groups and Events, and maintains awareness of human capital market trends;
  • Is able to play an active role in client seminars and the production of marketing materials;

 

Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Ideally we are looking for people who are SAP Successfactors certified in 1 or more of the following modules in addition to Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession and SAP Cloud Platform integration;
  • Has worked on SuccessFactors or similar HCM technology implementation projects, performing a variety of roles, through the full project life-cycle
  • Has knowledge and/or experience of working with the latest practices and thinking in the Human Capital area;
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing;Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level (desirable)
