My client, an amazing health-related charity that supports 1000s of people through some of the most challenging situations life can throw at us, now has a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
As a credible and respected HR Business Partner and a key member of the People team, you will play a fundamental role in embedding a strategic approach to HR and people change across the organisation.
Through proactive, professional generalist HR support, you will inspire, coach, challenge and support managers to realise the best potential from their people and increase the recognition of HR as a high performing, value-adding and enabling service. In addition to supporting key HR processes, such as recruitment and retention, performance management and pay administration, you will be the operational lead on the complete spectrum of complex employment relations issues including, disciplinary, capability, grievance, sickness absence, dignity at work, organisational change and restructuring. You will also play a key role in range of complex, cross functional HR and people projects, leading project teams and driving innovation and improvements across the service.
To be considered for this opportunity you will require:
CIPD qualification (preferred) or equivalent experience
Experience in a fast paced, innovative environment
Knowledge and experience of advising on complex HR issues and employee relations
Full experience of HR operations, including payroll and recruitment
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience of HR databases including reporting of management information
Previous line management experience
High level of emotional intelligence and influencing skills
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
A flexible, pragmatic and creative approach to resolving issues and a commitment to continuous improvement and looking beyond the obvious answer
High attention to detail and a finisher completer
The ability to plan, lead and deliver projects to timeframes
Please note, this role will be based in London, with expectations of regular travel across the UK as required.
