Oakleaf Partnership is currently working alongside a leading international retail group based in West London. They have a well established HR team and are now looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their team.
As an HRIS Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Working closely with HR Managers and other stakeholders in different teams around Europe and providing them with regular reports and updates
Ensuring that you have all the correct information on employee data and making sure that this is all accurate on the system
Understanding workflows and developing data processes
We are looking for someone who has excellent Excel skills, is experienced working within HR data analysis and someone who is confident communicating with other stakeholders within the business.
