Oakleaf are working with a global trading and brokerage organisation. They are looking for a savvy Systems and Reward Analyst who can join the team on an interim basis and hit the ground running.
A large focus of the role will be on the annual compensation review cycle providing technical and analytical support to drive the decision making process.
Systems maintenance inclyding security and back up procedures
Understand and develop access and data controls for HR system
Statistical analysis on the market, HR and employee data
Coordination, validation and updated of data for HR Systems
Prepare dashboard reporting on key HR analytics
Collation, analysis and presentation of employee data in relation to the annual compensation process
Preparation of data to support market survey participation
The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience of managing HR systems as well as analysing, interpreting and presenting complex employee reward data is essential.
Ideally you will have HR.net knowledge
Strong analytical and numerical skils are essential
Advanced level Excel skills, including proficience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macros
Ability to deliver on deadlines wile maintaining high levels of accuracy
This role requires someone to start asap so those on a short notice or available to start immediately will be highly preferred.
