More specifically, as an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Reviewing policies and procedures
  • Streamlining HR processes
  • Building effective relationships with the wider business
  • Advising line managers on people management and ER matters
  • Create and maintain an HR dashboard
  • Oversee complex ER casework
  • Supporting with a wide range of local and global projects

You must have experience working within an HR operational management role, ideally within the financial or professional services. You must also have strong project management skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
