Ashley Kate HR are currently working in partnership with a successful, well-established retailer based in the Wakefield area in their search for a HR Manger.
This is a very exciting, hands on role and will see you being the stand-alone HR manager for circa 200 employee's across multiple sites. The day-to-day duties will consist of; assisting/overseeing payroll, dealing with recruitment, advising and supporting employees, coaching managers, ensuring HR policies are met along with health and safety.
The successful candidate:
You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards) have a great understanding and passion for HR, at least 4 years in a HR generalist role and a background within retail (desirable)
