HR Manager role with a leading London based asset management company. Based in Central London and working in an established HR team, the role requires an experienced HR professional to support and influence the client group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in a HR manager role or someone looking for their next step in their career.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the client group working in close partnership with the managers as a Business Partner. Key responsibilities will include:
-Providing coaching to managers on HR processes and programs
-Supporting the annual performance review
-Assisting with the talent management process
-Employee relations and casework
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional having worked in a small or medium sized financial services environment. You will be autonomous and confident in your HR knowledge and approach to working with the client group.
This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract starting in June.
