Oakleaf Partnership is working with a fantastic reputable organisation based in Canary Wharf who are looking for a HR Support Coordinator to join them on a 6-month FTC.
They are looking for someone who will provide a high quality, customer focused, HR support service in line with agreed process and SLA's. They need someone who will undertake administrative duties across HR. They need someone who will deal with enquiries that come through to the HR team via email, phone or through their HR System and being able to deal with it in a professional way and taking responsibility to take the query as far as you can and knowing when it's appropriate to escalate the issue through the right channels. They need someone who can build and maintain relationships with other colleagues and other stakeholders.
