Senior Leadership Development Manager

A global professional services organisation based in the City of London is looking for a Senior Manager - Change & Engagement to join the HR function in an internal role. Reporting in to the Head of Talent with a dotted line in to the business, you will be responsible for managing all HR Change projects, primarily surrounding Culture & Engagement across London & the UK.
More specifically, as a Senior Manager - Change & Engagement, in this internal consulting role, you will be responsible for:
Working directly with Partners and Business Heads to define and implement internal HR change projects end-to-end, with particular focus on engagement and cultral change.
Review the firms culture, values and approach from a people perspective.
Manage project scope, progress and outcomes.
You will be an accomplished internal Senior Manager specialising in HR change and engagement within a global professional services organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Degree and / or CIPD (preferred).
