Graduate Recruitment Coordinator (12 month FTC)
LMA's client, one of the leading providers of training and consultancy services to the accountancy profession are searching for their next Graduate Recruitment Coordinator.
The key responsibilities for the role are below, although not limited to:
Being the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from the website or via phone
Screening and selection of applicants that meet the criteria
Interviewing prospective candidates and then matching them with accountancy firms that the business recruits for
Develop relationships with the accountancy firms in order to truly understand their needs in terms of numbers, cultural fit and relevant skills.
The successful candidate will have recruitment experience within an administration and coordination remit.
This role will allow you to have several opportunities in a client-facing environment, therefore experience in dealing with different clients will be extremely advantageous to you.
Staff really look to be flexible and help each other out here, therefore some flexibility from you would be fantastic with things such as covering reception for breaks or annual leave as required.
This role is a potential temp to perm opportunity.
