I am working on an exciting opportunity with a leading global investment management firm in recruiting for a Benefits Specialist to join them for a 8-12 month contract role. This financial services firm operates in more than 20 countries and is looking for a seasoned benefits specialist to work with regional HR teams to provide benefits expertise across 10 countries in Europe. Your role will be to complete a comprehensive review of employee core benefits offerings and pensions arrangements, organisation of key documentation and one-off initiatives/projects.
The role specifics will also include making recommendations for benefit changes or modifications that would potentially save on costs in the short term or be beneficial for long term servicing/administration. You will also support the UK business with the forthcoming Auto Enrolment changes in April 2019.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and experienced managing Employee Benefits across multiple jurisdictions as well as having good comprehension of Pension requirements and best practices across Europe. You will have strong experience partnering with benefit brokers and will be comfortable working with multiple benefit providers.
