One of the world's largest Insurers is currently seeking a Talent, Learning & Development Consultant to cover a maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will report into the Regional Talent & Development Director and will be based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, HRD's and the T&D team to really drive the Talent and Development agenda forward, ensuring it meets business priorities and maximising the potential of all employees across the business. You will be recognised as a Talent practitioner and Learning expert in needs analysis, design and delivery and be expected to constantly review programmes post-implementation.
The role will oversee elements of the core curriculum across parts of EMEA (including the early careers programme) and will also be involved in core talent activities such as performance management and broader initiatives such as integration, change management and culture work. You will also be expected to act as a true business partner and work with individual senior stakeholders to identify corporate development needs within their remit and provide tailored, high touch solutions.
You must be a subject matter expert within L&D and possess a broad knowledge and capability across the entire learning spectrum to be considered for this role. Ideally you will have experience working in the financial services and be available to start a new role in the next few weeks. Instructional design experience would be beneficial and delivering T&D strategy, programme management and the ability to consult with stakeholders at a commercial level is essential.
