My client, a leading legal consultancy based in the heart of the city are currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the team.
You will play a vital part in attracting and securing the best lawyers for the team. You'll have a leading role in representing the company with those lawyers as well as shaping the recruitment process and strategy for the future.
Recruitment strategy: Working closely with our engagement management team to assess the needs of our clients and shaping our hiring strategy to match that. Also playing a key role in finding a solution outside of our current team at short notice when we're unable to help from our existing lawyer pool.
Recruitment advertising: Managing relationships with LinkedIn, LegalWeek, the Lawyer and other suppliers to ensure we have the right campaigns to attract the right lawyers. Writing detailed, creative and informative advertising to sell as a concept as well as to attract specific lawyers for current needs.
Application screening: Monitoring and screening all applications to select the best lawyers for our short term and long-term needs.
Application processing: Overseeing the work of a small team to ensure they're processing applications quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards when dealing with potential joiners.
Interviewing: You'll be heavily involved in initial conversations/meetings with our lawyers to ensure they have a good understanding of how the company works. You'll use a high degree of emotional intelligence to understand their motivations for joining the team.
Strategic projects: Leading strategic recruitment projects such as marketing campaigns, and events. Also, continually reviewing and refining the recruitment process and systems that support it.
Management: Managing two members of the recruitment team.
