My client, a well-established and expanding retail business are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team in London.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and take ownership of recruitment across head office from entry level through to mid-level roles.
Own the full recruitment process, from taking informative briefs, scheduling and conducting interviews, to then making offers.
Provide robust structured interview feedback for all candidates.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with sourcing assignments.
Offer all candidates an excellent recruitment experience and be the key point of contact throughout the journey.
Use LinkedIn and other social media channels to engage passive candidates and build the employer branding.
Support with weekly and monthly reporting (cost per hire, sources, time to hire)
Manage and update the ATS to ensure it reflects current vacancy statuses.
Build the employer brand through social media, eventing, and open days and through creating links with colleges and universities etc.
Present at key universities and work with points of contact to develop talent pools for graduate positions.
Create and develop pipelines for entry level positions.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment projects and best practice.
Ideally a minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience either in-house, agency side or RPO.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in recruiting
Previous sourcing experience is a must.
People focused with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships
Commercial in your approach with the ability to educate hiring managers on market rates, trends etc.
Supporting hiring managers with their interviewing skills and knowledge.
Previous experience of driving recruitment best practice and innovative techniques.
Tenacious, can do attitude, is result orientated but able to have a laugh and have fun with the team.
Good attention to detail
Analytical approach with examples of where you have used data in the work place.
Experience of talent pool engagement is a nice to have.
Experience in either Buying & Merchandising or Finance would be beneficial but not essential.
Previous knowledge of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
