The HR Shared Services Manager will be part of a large HR function. Responsible for the employee lifecycle team, the HR Shared Services Manager will lead the team to improve capability and capacity. By focusing on SLAs and process the you will lead this small team to add more value to business by taking on additional responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will :
- have managed a HR Shared Services or Admin team
- have a focus on process improvements and working to SLAs
- have strong people management skills
- be CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
£30,000-£40,000 + bonus potential
