Role: Wellbeing Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
My client are a global Fintech business in the City who are running a huge UK project around Wellbeing in the workplace. They are looking for a Wellbeing Manager to join their Talent team and help drive their programme and the key areas of wellbeing they are looking to promote. This will be a pilot for the UK with the plan to expand globally across their countries.
They are open to experience but a passion in wellbeing and experience in driving campaign and initiatives is a must. They are open to a generalist HRBP who has this, or someone who has already worked in a Wellbeing specialist role before. One of the most important aspects will be stakeholder management and the ability to successfully influence. You will also continue to improve and drive their culture and engagement agenda.
Duties will include:
Partner with HR to collaborate on opportunities to promote wellbeing
Act as a champion for wellbeing with their leadership and HR team, promoting them to talk consistently about wellbeing
Develop an external wellbeing network
Embed new wellbeing policies and processes
Implement new initiatives ensuring the areas that matter the most to colleagues are at the forefront of each one
Work closely with the wellbeing sponsor
You will be experienced in designing and executing wellbeing strategies and initiatives globally, as well as a known leader in the wellbeing space. You must also have recognised experience in influencing and facilitating change through partnership approach.
