A world leading Professional Services firm are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will play an essential part in working with the local leadership team and Senior Business Partner. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Working with key stakeholders, ensuring that people agenda is forefront

  • Helping to implement the local and national people strategy, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, engagement, performance and reward processes

  • Leading and supporting people through change programmes enabling business unit to be future fit

  • Championing and implementing national projects as required

  • Partnering with Centre of Expertise teams to shape and influence overall priorities and specific interventions

  • Dealing with ad hoc people and team requirements and providing pragmatic solutions

As the HR Business Partner, you will possess:

  • CIPD qualification (ideally)

  • Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional services environment

  • Experience delivering change projects

  • Ability to build relationships and influence leaders to bring about change

  • Commercial focus with ability to deliver innovative solutions
