A well known financial services business are currently recruiting for an ambitious Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month basis. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates and 3 Recruiters this role will manage complex interview scheduling across multiple locations and time zones- including telephone and video conferencing. Additional responsibilities include database management, candidate management and feedback.
They are really looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. You need to be confident liaising with senior members of staff and using your own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
This role would suit a confident graduate/school leaver looking to further their career in HR/Recruitment
