My client is a globally expanding B2B organisation who are looking for a leading People Manager to join their expanding team in London. This is an extremely fast-paced and often challenging environment, where you must have solid experience in a generalist People Manager role. They would however welcome someone from a learning and development background as this is a key area of expansion for them as a HR team.

  • Driving resource planning and creating a full organisation structure that is built for fast-growth.

  • Leading on organisational transformation change projects and driving the company strategy

  • Responsible for identifying and delivering on best practice UK HR policies

  • Delivering on projects in relation to GDPR and Gender Pay Review

  • Driving and influencing a high-performance culture

  • Assisting in personal development and growth for individuals across the business

  • Working closely with the People Director in developing a strategic people plan for each client group

  • Lead on the annual salary review and drive the reward strategy

  • Accountable for managing all ER case management, including TUPE activity

They are looking for a true leader with growth experience and the ability to operate with ambiguity. This role is responsible for growing and building foundations, including processes and systems. It's important you can recognise a need for processes and think commercially. As a people-focussed business it is vital you are able to lead a team who put their customers first.

You will also be responsible for managing their new reward strategy, retention and turnover, and growth - so experience in them all is a must.
