Oakleaf Partnership is working with a brilliant well-known charity who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The role will be reporting into the Employee Relations Manager and is part of a specialist Employee Relations Team.
My client is looking for someone who will provide expert specialist ER advice and guidance to the HR Business Partnering Team on complex cases, supporting them in their delivery of a professional and value-added service to the charity over a range of ER activities.
This fantastic team are looking for someone who will use an authentic business partnering approach. The role is both advisory and strategic. A significant part of this role will include providing expert guidance on complex change management programmes including redundancy and TUPE, both local and strategy enabling. My client is looking for someone who will lead on key ER projects, analysing and interpreting people data, identifying key ER themes to inform the development and improvement of ER policies, processes and ER management competencies. You will help develop and deliver specialist management learning interventions to support innovation and best practise.
The right candidate for this fantastic opportunity needs to have a proven track record of delivering specialist ER advice and support across and range of ER issue within a fast-paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of working collaboratively with colleagues and building strong working relationships, balancing multiple priorities, a strong team orientation and your ability to proactively identify opportunities, benefits and risks with all people related activity.
We will need to agree your office base. You will be expected to travel on a fairly regular (but not daily) basis. In the main this will be to London but could be anywhere in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
