Our client is a leading commercial business in Northampton who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role will suit a candidate who is looking for career development and the opportunity to be part of a larger HR team in a growing business.
You will be responsible for:
Providing specialist and commercial HR advice and support
Effectively manage HR issues throughout the business including performance management, business change etc.
Support projects as needed
Provide personalised coaching to line managers
Continually improve policies and processes ensuring they are aligned with the HR strategy
The ideal candidate:
Will be a proven Generalist with experience in a HR Advisor role or similar position
Ability to work well under pressure and manage complex cases
Excellent communication skills
Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practices
Confident in developing policies and processes that meet the requirements of the business
