More specifically, as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Supporting the Recruiter in liaising with hiring managers
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- Managing agency relationships
- Coordinating interviews
- Collecting and delivering feedback
- Ad hoc project work
You must have a genuine interest in recruitment and experience within a financial or professional services organisation. You must also have excellent relationship managment skills as well as high attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines. You must also be a team player and work collaboratively with the wider business to provide support and develop the firms strategy.
