HR Manager

You will be responsible for managing full operational aspects of all HR activities for the UK employee life cycle, develop and manage key HR initiatives in conjunction with the Group Development Team, work in partnership with key stakeholders to implement HR best practice and provide guidance and advice on day to day Employee Relations, recruitment and induction, talent management, training and development and compensation review.

You will also have day-to-day management responsibilities of the HR team (a team of 3) and report directly to the Group HR Director.
