As a Reward Analyst for this leading financial services organisation you will deliver a vital contribution to the succesful delivery of Performance and Reward processes. Located in central Birmingham and with a global reach, this company can offer an enviable opportunity to continue your Reward career within a matrix organisation.
You will work closely with the wider HR function and within the Performance and Reward team. Your key responsibilities will incude: contributing to group-wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes; supporting the rollout of products, processes and policies, including project tracking and planning; delivering analytics that are directly related to regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a Reward Analyst with the following experience:
Experience in a similar role as a reward specialist or within a generalist role but with reward ownership
Proven experience managing Reward/Performance data within a HR system
Experience of using complex MS Excel formulas to handle large data sets
Previous experience of working in a large multisite and global organisation (ideally in the financial services sector)
Sound knowledge of process design and improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
