Due to exciting growth they now have a requirement for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team.
The Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of HR you will play a key role in driving forward the HR Business Partnering agenda whilst leading a team of HR BPs / HR Advisers. You will also play a key role in developing a positive culture change with regards to the transformation from operational generalist HR function to business partnering. You will also lead on organisational changes such as the integration of acquisitions.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, so we are looking for an experienced Senior HR business partner who is comfortable and confident in delivering significant change during this period. It is also essential that you have operated as a senior HR business partner within financial services sector.
