An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic recruiter to take on a role at a leading global pharmaceutical company based Surrey. This role will involve you working closely amongst the talent acquisition team to deliver high quality, end to end recruitment to the company and will require you to work closely and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as the hiring managers. A large focus of this position is the recruitment of entry level positions into the company such as the recruitment of Graduates and Interns. You may also be required to work on a high volume of roles at one time.
Some duties that this role will involve are:
. Deliver full-life cycle recruitment for the roles in accordance with global operating procedures and best practise principles. This will range from sourcing candidates, selection and interview process and the the offer stage.
.Able to build strong relationships with universities and coordinate activities that attract strong candidates.
.Able to work efficiently through the recruitment process, desire bring detailed feedback to both internal stake holders and candidates and manage the full offer process.
.Take responsibility for the pre-screening employment at offer stage.
. BS degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or Prior HR experience, preferably in an external recruitment role.
