A global financial services organisation is currently looking for two Compensation Managers to join their London based team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Compensation Lead and looking after a population of c.10,000 internationally, the Compensation Managers will be responsible for:
Managing the delivery of comp programs and projects for the whole business area
Delivering the design and implementation of a variety of total reward harmonisation initiatives
Manage long and short-term incentive design plans
Work with stakeholders and compliance to interpret current regulatory compensation requirements and identification of MRTs
Partner with broader HR teams to identify and address reward issues
Previous experience within a regulated organisation/understanding of regulations effecting remuneration within financial services
Ability to manage a compensation year end cycle
Experience designing short-term incentive and sales comp plans
Confident communicator at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
