Head of Reward
A medium sized Financial Services organisation based in the City is working with us exclusively with the hire of a Head of Reward on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Group HR D, the Head of Reward will lead a team of three and be responsible for short and long-term incentive schemes, salary benchmarking, benefits and annual compensation. Other responsibilities include:
Lead on all regulatory remuneration matters and ensure that the group reward strategies comply with requirements
Manage the annual and interim compensation reviews for the Group
Provide expertise and advice on all compensation related issues to HR and senior management
Provide papers and advice for board and remuneration committee's
Review current incentive schemes
Make any necessary changes to improve the business's reward philosophy
Oversee pensions and benefits
The individual selected for this position will have gained extensive experience within reward, ideally within a regulated, Financial Services environment. You will have strong stakeholder management and people management skills and be confident leading on the improvement of a reward philosophy.
