My client is a global Technology start-up who is looking for a HR Manager to join their London office. They are looking for someone who has solid experience working within the Technology/Digital/Mediaspace in a start-up business as a generalist HR Manager. You will work closely with a supportive team and have the full support of a shared service function based in the US HQ.

This role is all about being on the ground with the employees and acting as a true business partner to them at a generalist capacity. You will be working with highly intelligent and well-educated individuals who require visible career paths and true succession planning. Experience in doing so is a must!

Duties will include:

  • Coaching leaders throughout the business with employee issues and queries. This includes everything from internal transfers, leave of absences and organisation changes

  • Collaborating closely with HRBPs on special projects aimed towards company and process improvements

  • Resolving ER related issues and escalating anything to Centers of Excellence

  • Leading on the pre-hire processes for new employees including managing the company portals and ATS, assisting with onboarding and running background checks

  • Assisting the client group in France when needed

This is a hands-on HR Manager role covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. There will be a big focus on recruitment as this is a hypergrowth business, so a passion for talent and growth is key! This role will suit someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and juggle plenty of plates.
