Reward Associate

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services organisation in London who are currently going through an exciting period of change and are looking for a permanent Reward Associate.

The Reward Associate will report to the Reward Director in London and provide analytical support for all remuneration matters both regionally and globally. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on reward reporting and MI as well as designing and developing reward models

  • Support with yearend bonus/salary modelling and market data reviews

  • Work closely with stakeholders during year end processes and throughout the year on broader projects

  • Deferral calculations

  • Regulatory matters

  • Provide assistance setting up the annual comp HR system

Key requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and modelling experience

  • Previous knowledge supporting year end comp processes

  • An understanding of MRT's and regs within financial services would be ideal

  • Confident liaising and building relationships globally with individuals at all levels
