ER Business Partner
Your new company
Due to an increase in workload, our client, a large commercial business with a national footprint, are looking to recruit an experienced ER specialist for 2-3 months.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a larger HR Team, providing a lead function on all ER matters. This will include leading disciplinary and grievance processes, up to dismissal level, hearing appeals and liaising with Unions. Additionally you will also pick up a small volume of absence management cases, including some long term sickness.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced ER specialist, who has a proven tract record in managing and overseeing cases from start to finish. As this is an immediate requirement, candidate should be free on short notice.
