Strengthening their in-house capability in Leadership consulting, from design through to large scale delivery is essential if they are to drive through and achieve the strategic transformation.
We're not going to be too prescriptive in this advert; the precise nature of the roles is still to be finalised and in fact, our client may end up creating roles around candidates! However, if you want to play a key role in developing the core leadership capability for an organisation which is focussed on significantly changing its strategy and culture then read on.
If colleagues and/or clients describe you as a bright, creative, ambitious, passionate Leadership specialist, you're likely to have the "thought leadership" experience that our client will value.
You may currently be working in a large complex global business (e.g. FMCG, Pharma, Telco, Tech or Financial Services) and be ready to move to an organisation where the impact of your work will be highly visible and valuable.
Alternatively, you might be working in one of the leading human capital strategy consultancies and ready to move client side?
Evidence of outstanding achievement in either business is essential.
