A leading global law firm with a population of over 2000 globally and prestigious London City offices.

Your new role
Working in the great L&D function, you will be responsible for the firms L&D program within the Business Services population. Within this client group, you will be responsible for the full range of learning requirements, from Training Needs Analysis, through to the design, delivery and evaluation of training.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established L&D professional with extensive experience designing and delivering training. You will have worked within a large matrixed, global organisation, ideally from professional services. You will be able to bring new ideas to an already established L&D function.

What you'll get in return
