HR Business Partner

Are you looking for a change into an innovative Financial firm to collarborate with the Head of HR in ensuring the people are a leading interest in the company.

Have you previously had experience in all facets of HR through a business partnering outlook? We are looking for someone who can be meticulous, with an attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the role are a success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Employment Relations and Enagagement including Employment Law (UK and US)
  • Training and Development
  • HR Systems and processes
  • Drive the recruitment process, full lifecycle of the employee
  • Ongoing review of recruitment market, evaluation of recruiters (development of recruiters scorecard) and other recruitment sources
  • Provide support to HR administrative tasks, including employee agreements, visa applications and other ad hoc administrative requirements
  • Assist in the annual employee performance review process and the annual compensation round

You will be be able to demostrate:

  • Generalist knowledge of HR
  • Outgoing personality and an ability to build relationships
  • Self-motivation
  • Be ableto assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate HR policies and procedures for different geographical locations
  • Employment Law , HR Systems and Process, recruitment
  • Flexibility with the ability to reprioritize work
