People Advisor - Talent Development - L+D experience needed

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a fantastic international charity who are looking to appoint a People Advisor to join their team on an interim basis initially. The role reports to the Talent Development Manager and will start in early May. The role is initially a 12 week temporary position based in the City. Within this role you will be a key member of the people team which provides HR support to the organisation however will have a specialist focus on talent development including designing and implementing L&D solutions.

You will work closely with People team colleagues as well as the wider organisation, providing expert talent development advice, guidance and support to help unlock all talent, including identifying and investing in high performers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, designing and implementing a blend of learning solutions, including curating and creating eLearning content, to meet the diverse needs of our organisation.

To be successful for this position you should have proven experience within HR and L&D including designing and implementing training. You should also have experience of managing and developing e-learning platforms. You should be able to start at short notice and be interested in temporary positions.

L+D experience is essential for this role!!
