Your new role
The Regional Training Office will be responsible for the delivery of all induction, mandatory, refresher and soft skills training in the West Midlands region. The role will work with operational managers to identify training needs and develop training solutions and courses. The Regional Training Officer will ensure that training records are maintained and provide training information data reports. Additionally the postholder will support and facilitate the apprenticeship programme. Flexibility to travel to/cover other regions is required. Some occasional flexibility regarding hours of work is needed to cover out of hours workers.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that candidates have previous training experience from the social or healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of the full training cycle and hold/ be studying towards a recognised training qualification. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £23,500 to £24,000. Travelling expenses will be payable
