Your new role
You will join the Reward team and work with the business to develop and maintain an exceptional compensation strategy. You will work on a number of projects from benchmarking to salary reviews, to LTIPs.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have extensive experience working within compensation. Experience of working within insurance is desirable, although a large matrix organisation would be preferable. My client is particularly interested in speaking with compensation specialists who have supported a business through a merger.
