My client are a global pharmaceutical business based in Uxbridge. They require a standalone in-house recruiter to join the business on an FTC basis. Due to the nature of the business, they are ideally requiring someone to come from a medical or pharmaceutical background.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating the interview and selection process

  • Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, and on-going talent pool

  • Work on commercial roles within the medical and pharmaceutical specialism

  • Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand

  • Using multiple platforms to ensure top talent is being reached

  • Identify process improvements

  • Produce timely and accurate management information and present back to relevant stakeholders

  • Deliver results against SLA's, KPIS and team objectives


  • Previous recruitment experience - can be RPO, agency, or in-house

  • Must have experience working within the Pharmaceutical/Medical industry

  • Good candidate and stakeholder management - must be able to push back

  • Commercial mind-set when sourcing for roles

  • Ability to work in a standalone capacity

  • High volume experience

As this is an FTC, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
