My client a global renewable energy and agribusiness has an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Project Manager to join their team on a 6 month assignment based in Manchester. You will be required to hit the ground running as the project is already live, drive progress and ensure that deliverables and budget are met.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful transition of New Joiner processes into each Country

  • Responsible for the project budget

  • Drive and deliver the project with the assistance of various project resources (Project Technical Lead, IBM, Design Authority)

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to align on the new process, identify issues and deliver to timescales

  • Resolving project issues and mitigating risks; using escalation paths for major issues

  • Responsible for monitoring project progress and for identifying opportunities for introducing new approaches, contributing to continuous improvement

  • Reporting on project progress to key stakeholders and project committee

  • Liaise with Finance regarding budget payments/queries/issues

  • Communicate change/issues and proactively incorporate into plans

Experience

  • HR Manager professional with 8 years' experience who has operated in a global environment

  • Successfully delivered HR projects

  • Knowledgeable about the New Joiner Process and has awareness on document generating tools

  • Can adapt to a changing environment and is proactive in mitigating risks and resolving issues

  • Has operated in a complex matrix environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to influence effectively stakeholders and colleagues with potential conflicting interests across the organization. Foster and promote collaboration across various teams

  • Knowledge and practice of Change Management methodologies

  • Operational or Consulting experience in the HR domain with a proven ability to design solutions that are implementable and sustainable

  • Consulting mindset and a strong sense of service
