HR Operations and Systems Analyst
Oakleaf are working with a global Investment Banking organisation. They are looking for a HR Operations & Systems Analyst to support them on a 3 month interim basis to cover a team absence. Those immediately available or on a very short notice are preferred.
Projects: Participate in projects within the global HR Operations team including strategic and regulatory HR programmes such as GDPR, system audits, process improvement and policy enhancements.
Policy: Own the HR policy owners list, communicate and follow up with colleagues within HR to ensure the suite of HR policies is up to date and accurate.
Systems: Manage user setup of the Oracle system and perform the annual recertification of user access. Ensure system data is accurate.
Reporting: Provide support for the reporting function to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Experience of a HR Operations / HRIS function or similar in an international environment
- Experience of project management and presentation writing
- Experience of HR analytics using Access and Excel
- Experience in Oracle HR is desirable
