A leading global Management Consultancy firm, are recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role is a pivotal position in the wider Organisational Development team and you will be responsible for building effective, tailored and high-end learning solutions. As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop innovative and blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, performance support and video based)

  • Manage learning design and development projects and vendors

  • Facilitate in person and virtual eLearning as required

  • Monitor and curate informal learning experiences

  • Evaluate and report on learning effectiveness

  • Make recommendations for improvement, change and future proofing

  • Support business-led learning efforts and OD projects and programs

As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Competency at all elements of the full learning cycle (performance gap analysis, instructional design, development and evaluation)

  • Experience from within a corporate or professional services environment

  • Strong focus on implementing practical, learner-focused solutions based on best practice and progressive thinking

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with a range of stakeholders and drive multiple priorities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using LMS platforms and eLearning tools
