Oakleaf Partnership are working with an exciting and growing technology business based in the City who are looking for an interim Management Development Specialist to join their team. The fast paced tech business has 150 employees across London and Sheffield with big plans to grow further. This is a new position within the team and will be offered on an interim basis for 6-12 months initially. You will sit within a team of 4 HR professionals and report into the HR Director.
Within this role you will focus on developing managers within the business and put in the structures needed to support the business objectives and growth plans. You will be heavily involved in coaching managers and developing leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for developing the strategy for management development in line with the people agenda and delivering the objectives. In addition you will be responsible for reporting and measuring the impact of the programme.
To be successful for this position you should have a depth of experience in management development and have a coaching approach. The ideal candidate will have a mix of generalist and management development experience and come from a start up or high growth organisation. You should enjoy working in an every changing, fast paced and dynamic work place and thrive supporting leadership teams.
