You would be working as part of an expanding multimillion pound business and would work as part of the Senior Leadership Team supporting a headcount of circa 750.
You will work as part of a lean HR team reporting into a Head of HR for whom you will deputise for on occasion.
This role requires you to be a capable and driven HR professional who has strong career ambitions and is still on the up with their HR career.
You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment to demonstrate your capabilities within this sector and stakeholders
This is a highly energetic and fast paced environment requiring a passionate individual who loves the adrenalin rush of being part of a high energy business
This is a fully generalist HR role where you will be required to deliver and lead on all aspects of the HR Generalist remit including;
You will be empowered to make and take decisions for your site and be comfortable in doing so and keen to stretch yourself to the next level of your own personal development. although you might not have worked as part of an Senior Management Team previously, you will be keen to now to do this.
