Due to growth, my client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team at their Head Office in Fareham.

This is a permanent role, £25,000.

Your new role
You will be part of a friendly and welcoming HR team, supporting the HR Business Partners and Head of HR with generalist responsibilities.

These will include:
Employee Relations
Staff performance
HR Policies and Procedures
Working with the HR team to improve and establish HR strategy for the company.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing Employee Relations cases.
Level 3 CIPD. Level 5 or working towards.
