A financial services company based in Canary Wharf are looking to recruit a Reward Analyst for a 4 month contract.
Your new role
You will be supporting the MI and Compensation team whilst they change to SuccessFactors reporting.
This will be for a minimum of 4 months but with the potential of extension. You will sit in a small team that are responsible for all HR MI reporting within the business. As the company goes through the compensation run, you will take ownership of a parallel reporting through SuccessFactors, for the first time within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified and have experience of MI reporting within HR and compensation. You must have excellent Excel skills. Ideally you will also have experience with SuccessFactors although this is not essential. You must also have a professional services background. The team have a strong work ethic to get the job done, and are also supportive.
